The majority of the staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous towards your customers! Noticing the wide variety of clientele, And treating each one the same as they would treat the next. I truly wish other business would look at the way this business is ran! After having one of the worst days of my year I was needing repairs on my tank and they were up and beyond most Vape shops to help me out when I needed it most with a friendly attitude!

Marcus and Freddie are super good at helping if you need extra advice. Marcus surprised me at his knowledge of different flavors and how different seasons dictates what he vapes I wish I had a palate that good. Because of his experience he was able to guide me towards a new flavor cant wait to try out! Freddie was super chill and nice as soon as I walked through the door asking me what brought me in and explaining the prices they have on the wall!! I think I found my new spot for vaping
